Here at Blue Cap headquarters we have designed a selection of Spring drinks that capture the essence of rejuvenation and will be sure to brighten your customers’ day.

Pistachio Latte

Dive into luxury with our Pistachio Latte, a velvety concoction that marries the rich, nutty flavour of pistachios with the smoothness of freshly brewed espresso. Topped with a hefty dose of frothy milk and a sprinkle of crushed pistachios, it’s a delightful treat that will transport you to a realm of pure bliss with every sip.

You Will Need
Coffee
Milk
Pistachio Syrup & pump
Large latte glass / 12oz takeaway cup

Method
Extract a double shot of espresso into a small jug.
Add 3 pumps of Pistachio Syrup into the extracted coffee and whisk.
Heat latte milk and pour into Latte glass, stopping approximately 1cm from the top.
Pour infused coffee into centre of latte milk.
Serve with crushed pistachios on top if desired.

Pistachio Iced Coffee

Our Pistachio Iced Coffee, a cool and invigorating blend of bold espresso, creamy milk, and a generous swirl of pistachio syrup. Served over ice and garnished with a few whole pistachios for added crunch, it’s the perfect pick-me-up for these long awaited warmer days.

You will need
Ice
Coffee
Milk
Pistachio Syrup & pump
Large latte glass / 12oz takeaway cup

Method
Fill Glass with Ice
Pour cold milk 2cm from the top of glass
Extract a double shot of espresso into a small jug.
Add 2 pumps of Pistachio Syrup into the extracted coffee and whisk
Pour flavoured coffee through top of Latte glass to fill and serve with a straw.

Honeycomb Mocha

Indulge your sweet tooth with our Honeycomb Mocha, a decadent fusion of rich chocolate, golden honeycomb syrup, and velvety steamed milk – it’s a luxurious treat in the shape of a coffee cup!

You will need:
Coffee
Milk
Zhoca Chocolate Powder
Honeycomb Syrup & pump
Cocoa shaker
9oz Lavazza China cup

Method:
Extract a shot of espresso into cup.
Add 1 heaped teaspoon of Zhoca chocolate powder to the coffee and stir in using mini whisk.
Add 2 pumps of Honeycomb Syrup and stir.
Sprinkle cocoa powder across leaving still (do not stir)
Heat milk, no foam, pour gently down the side of the cup and serve.

Passionfruit, Lemon, and Ginger Iced Tea

Quench your thirst with our Passionfruit, Lemon, and Ginger Iced Tea, a refreshing blend of tropical passionfruit, zesty lemon, and spicy ginger. Infused with the perfect balance of springtime fruits and herbs, it’s liquid revitalisation that tastes just so good.

You will need:
Ice
Passionfruit and Lemon Iced Tea Syrup
Ginger Syrup.
Still or Sparkling Water
Latte glass or 12oz takeaway clear cup and domed lid

Method:
Fill glass/cup with Ice to the top
Fill to top with water approximately 1cm from top
Add 2 pumps of Passionfruit and Lemon Iced Tea Syrup
Add 2 pumps of Ginger Syrup, whisk and pour through water
Garnish with fresh lemon, passionfruit and mint leaves.
